0What began as a simple desire to acquire a vintage Legnano road bike has now become the ‘Legnano Collection’. I was a young boy riding with the cycling club in my home town of Peterborough, Ontario when I first saw one of these metallic lizard-yellow Italian stallions. In full Campagnolo trim it was so far beyond my means in those days. And I recall many stops at Bloor Cycle in Toronto to gaze at these beautiful bikes made famous by Alfredo Binda, Gino Bartali, Fausto Coppi and Ercole Baldini. One day I thought to myself, one day perhaps, if things go well.
